POLICIES

Returns

Returns are allowed on our regularly stocked items WITHIN 24 hours of arrival. Tracking info must be sent to thisdysfunctional_love@yahoo.com within those 24 hours to receive a refund. The time starts when the item is marked delivered. Please check your tracking info to see that time.

  • The refund excludes the shipping cost. The customer will receive the total amount minus the shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Refund will be issued once item(s) are returned in their original state and unworn. Please allow 5 to 7 business days.
  • Damages done in transit will effect eligibility of refund depending on the severity. Please make sure your return is packaged safely.  
  • Pre-orders/Exclusives are not refundable nor exchangeable. Only our regularly stocked items are.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not allowed at this time. 

Returns/Exchanges on Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are NEVER eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the mock-up design before purchasing it.
  • We are not responsible for providing a drawn design, a drawn design can be requested if needed.

International Purchases

  • A customs fee may be added to your package by your country.
  • Please keep in mind, we have no control over the customs fee your country imposes therefore, we cannot add this customs fee to your order beforehand.
  • We are not responsible for any fees added to your order and we have no control over who gets the fee. Sometimes things happen.
  • Your order can not be refunded or returned due to an unpaid customs fee.
  • Please keep in mind when purchasing from DF Love, that any extra charges or fees will be paid by the customer.

Disclaimers

  • Little details in design are subject to change without notifying customers. These details will never be large enough to skew the original design. This can include, color of headband, type of trim or small details.
  • Items are shipped in order from which we received payment unless otherwise specified... for example pre-orders.

SHIPPING

Shipping Information

Shipping is through USPS First Class Mail for 1 to 3 items and automatically upgrades to USPS Priority Shipping for 4 or more items.

  • Keep in mind USPS First Class Mail takes 1 to 5 days and USPS Priority Shipping is 1 to 3 days.
  • Those are approximation times USPS provides, but they are NOT guaranteed to arrive within that time frame. USPS Priority Express is the ONLY GUARANTEED shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays USPS might encounter.
  • We do not offer Priority Express at this time.
  • International shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail to keep prices low for you. 
  • Tracking will be emailed the day before or of shipment date.

  • CollectEar Cases/Bags are usually shipped USPS Priority or UPS.

Damages/Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are no longer held responsible for any damages that may be caused in transit by USPS.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages. Customer must handle any situations with a lost package with any of the information that was provided by us, for instance the tracking number and date of shipment.
  • We are not required to handle any situations that occur with USPS.
