Shipping policy

Production time depends on product. Check individual product or Collection for processing time. Most likely shipping will take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks unless it is listed as Ready to Ship which is shipped within a week. 

Shipping is through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Shipping depending on the weight of your package. Keep in mind, USPS First Class Mail takes 1 to 5 days and Priority Shipping is 1 to 3 days. Those are an approximation times USPS provides, but they are not guaranteed to arrive within that time frame. Priority Express is the ONLY GUARANTEED shipping method. To upgrade, please contact us for pricing and we will invoice you with the difference. First Class Mail is used for International shipping. CollectEar Cases ship through either FedEx the majority of the time. This takes anywhere from 1 to 8 days.
