Refund policy

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days. Customer responsible return shipping costs and must provide tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refund will be sent as soon as product is returned safely and in its original state. Returns/Refunds are not available for any Cases, Ready to Ship items or Apparel. They are final sale.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time.

Damages
If an item is damaged during delivery, pictures must be sent to thisdysfunctional_love@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer is responsible to handle all issues with USPS or UPS (whichever company was used for shipping). We will take the item back to fix it if needed but if full refund is needed, you must go through USPS. Once the item is received, we will fix/replace any damages and ship it back at no extra cost to you.
