Do you ever do bundle sales with CollectEar Case and Mini Jewelry Cases?
Yes, but only for Black Friday.
Will (insert design here) ever come back?
Depends on the design. The way it works is this..twice a year, a specific color scheme is ordered for the following season. The following season, sales for the entire upcoming season are planned with preselected themes in mind. If there are any left over designs into the following season, they are sold through simultaneously with the new color scheme for the season. Once the previous season colors are sold, they "retire" which means they will not return for a few years until the color scheme comes back.
Do you offer custom cases?
At the moment I do not. As I mentioned previously, I choose select colors for the year so I am unable to order more in small quantities. The minimum amount of a color I can order is 300 pieces, making it costly to honor any requests.
I really wanted to order, but everything is sold out?
All items are visible for description purposes, but are marked sold out because they are only offered on sale dates. Sale dates are usually on Friday's and announcements are made via e-mail marketing or Instagram.
Do you offer all your designs on Friday's?
No, all cases are rarely offered on the same sale day. Usually new cases are released solo. If for example, there is a theme week (princesses), there will be more than one design. Almost always, the line-up would be mentioned on my Instagram or weekly newsletter via e-mail.
PROCESSING TIME
All cases ship in an escalated shipping time frame of two weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Accomodations for trip dates can be made, but need to be communicated before ordering. Feel free to dm or e-mail me to confirm your trip dates. Some trip dates may not be approved if they are too soon, the supplies will not arrive in time or too many accommodations have been promised.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, all cases are non refundable. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to inform us. Contact us or read more about the return policy at the bottom of the homepage.
