"As is" means these cases will be non-refundable and sold with cosmetic issues. Some issues consist of wrinkles on the outer shell, uneven/misshapen cases, wrinkles in leather, wavy zippers, wavy velvet and cuts along the seams for some examples. These are for personal use only and cannot be resold in this "as is" state.  Each case has individual cosmetic issues and you are not guaranteed to receive a lesser/more cosmetic issued case.
